The entire staff was helpful and professional. They checked Sadie quickly, see was seen by doctor with the first 5 minutes we were there. After they drew blood, they determined that she would have to be in the hospital over night and off we went to the Oakcrest location.
Dr. Genade and the staff were amazing! And were able to help my Zoey girl on the road to recovery after what we assume was a run in with a branch when she torpedoed into a tree branch after most likely a squirrel 🙄. The facility was very very clean which I was impressed because you know animals and all. They explained everything and answered all my questions and gave us the best options. She ended up needing stitches and a drain put in and is currently rocking the cone of shame... This Belgian Malinois will be taking a side... read more
They are by far the friendliest staff and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Our pet got the best care and treatment. They went above and beyond for our cat and for ourselves. Dr. Oldham was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend enough
