I was visiting family last week and my dog got a gash in her leg that was deep. I took her in to hopefully get stitched up. After an hour they brought her out and said she was fine but here were some pain meds and antibiotics— and a cone (that was never placed on her neck). Getting back home (we live in GA) I ran into my vet who happens to be my neighbor. He assessed her leg and she has been in surgery today under heavy sedation. They had to clean and irrigate the wound and she had to have 5 stitches. I really wish this is w... read more

Took my kitten there because he was hurt. 2 animals came in after me and went to the back. They came to the lobby to tell me that it would be a 6-8 hour wait because of "criticals." They never even looked at him to see if HE was critical. Guess what?! He was, and the extra 45 minutes they wasted while we looked for another emergency vet could have saved him. I took my dog in through the emergency department to see neurology and they actually figured out what was wrong. Two regular vets and a specialist at another place were totally wrong. The staff is all very friendly and the place is very clean. They have snacks in the emergency side. There’s two sides emergency, which is what you enter into, and down the hall is the specialists for checking in for normal appointments. The emergency wait is quite long though. I was there on a weekday and waited 8 hours.

I have had to bring my small dog here twice over the last couple months and they have been so wonderful to me and to him both times. The facility is extremely clean, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes upon arriving to be taken to a room, and they were so kind and comforting.

Are baby Zoey fell ill on a Friday and by Saturday she had got so bad that we had to find an emergency vet. So not being from Columbia we immediately started searching google and reviews. We almost didn’t take her here after reading the reviews and a lot of people saying how rude the staff was. Please don’t listen to these reviews, the staff here is awesome and are very compassionate about your fur babies. When we arrived the front desk lady was very nice and they immediately took Zoey back for triage. Once they knew she was... read more
