Wonderful experience. Previous cardiologist was more expensive. They kept the dog 4 hours. New visit was 1 1/2 hrs here. I was allowed in with the dog. Not at other place. Vet spent plenty of time with me and explained in simple terms everything.
I brought my five year old German shepherd to Dr. Rupp’s office on 10/22/24, at the recommendation of the VCA hospital’s vet after an emergency hospitalization. The office appeared clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. This included initially speaking to Jessica who made the appointment to Kristen, nurse who assisted with explaining what the treatment would entail and the length of time it would take to Dr. Rupp who sat with me to explain in detail the results. The staff is amazing and the doctor is absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to anybody who needs to have there pet seen by a Vet.
