Chad was supposed to do foundation work for a house I was going to buy. He told my real estate agent it would be done by a certain day. That day came and went. He then became unresponsive. He’s got his read receipts on so he was reading our text messages and not responding. We wasted 3 weeks waiting on him. It was stressful. It was also strange because he came highly recommended.
I needed my counter top cut down to fit a new stove. First of all, out of 8 handymen I called, he was the only one that answered. Chad was very polite and worked quickly. The stove fit like a glove. Reasonably priced. He even fixed my squeaky door on the way out. I will use Chad and CVC services again.
Chad and his team was so professional and they did the work so quick and wonderful. They fixed our siding in no time. They even go extra miles to take away wasp nests. The best thing is his price is way cheaper than the other quotes I got. Chad also helped recommend things I can do to fix the problem I have inside the house. It is so wonderful. Will definitely go to Chad for all handyman services.
