This is my first time meeting Dr.Bell. I found Dr. Bell very easy to talked to. He asked a lot of questions and answered any questions I had. Staff was very nice. My appointment for testing and follow up was scheduled before I left the office.

Great doctors and staff, but the most antiquated telephone service I have ever come across. This was a complaint for several years and they finally changed, for the worst. CVAM has 4 locations, apparently serviced by one central location and maybe just one operator. I'm beginning to wonder if the best way to make an appointment or get a question answered is to go directly to the office and get the problem solved in person.

Let’s call this a zero star review. Their policy refusing to allow even a patient’s spouse to attend an appointment is utterly asinine. In my opinion it’s patient abuse. The patient has no advocate, no one to provide supporting information, no one to ensure that the patient is treated the way that patient should be. All in the name of “safety”. Great doctor. Horrible staff!noone Calls with your lab results. I as a patient always have to stay on top of my care. If I was not in the medical profession I would be a lost patient that slip through the cracks. I have had critical lab results that sat on the desk of the person to call me as she walked out of the door at 5:00 p.m.. She called me the next day and said she did get the results but she saw them as she was walking out the door. My results were critical. Because of her I had to have a stat lab draw.
