In 1998 and 2000 I underwent two spinal surgeries . I completed the recommended physical therapy and then I didn’t know where to turn to keep myself strong and healthy. I started working out with Carlos in 2000 and I have faithfully had him design personal workout programs for me for the last 24 years.
