Chuck and his guys were amazing to work with. I called to get a mini ductless installed. Chuck came down and within 2 days I had a quote. The following week, 2 gentleman came and installed it. They worked very well together! One inside and one outside. They both kind and courteous and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them!!
Company sent out 2 workers to clean our furnace. The 1 Caucasian worker spoke very condescending towards the non-Caucasian mate and was very aggressive. He continuously yelled and brought supplies that was not charged/working properly. Took his time with the job and handed a large bill that I reluctantly paid from fear that his aggression would be redirected to me. 2 weeks later the carbon monoxide detector went off for high levels in the basement.
