Carlos and his entire team did a great job installing our new hardwood floors (family room, living room, hallways, bedroom) and LVT (kitchen). They helped move furniture, addressed all our concerns, and cleaned up everything. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out!
I initially gave this company 5 stars due to the great customer service of Carlos at the time of the floor installation, but after some time, I'm unfortunately lowering my rating to 2 stars. While the floor looked great at first, I've noticed several issues that have developed over 10 months. The floor has started to show creases, and the old sections now have visible gaps between the planks.
