Everything went great until 2 days after I took the car. The phone and usb did not work when I asked Chris about it he don’t want to cover parts 2 days so I took it to the dealership and it’s the sync module and it’s preprogrammed and cost $800 that’s why I am leaving a 3 star bc no follow through

Chris is one of the most up front and thorough independent dealers in the area. From awesome walk around videos pointing out the good and bad to the hassle-free dealing in person, it was A+ service from start to finish. He was able to get my fiancé into a great year old vehicle he had purchased for his lot. If you want a great experience, go see Chris. One of the best around.
While inquiring about a vehicle for sale at this dealership, we had a disappointing experience with Chris Van Kilsdonk. He had little to zero tolerance for any types of questions that inquire about the vehicles in which he is selling. We were interested in purchasing a $20,000 truck and while doing so, inquired about the history of said truck. Setup a time to look at vehicle and said I was willing to put down a deposit to hold until Friday. He sold the vehicle before I could look at it.
