Lady at the weigh in desk was very rude. She did not listen or explain properly as to what was to be done. The only helpful staff was one of the crew in a bucket loader.
Rude and disrespectful customer service, not worth your time or your trash.
So went today after cleaning out a deceased relatives home to the dump. obviously already incredibly upset trying to say goodbye, but the lady running the dump at the speaker was probably the worst human being i’ve ever come into contact with. we were just trying to dump trash, and this lady was literally the most insensitive human being and literally just kept assuming we could hear her but kept trying. the best part is when we went to leave, we confronted her about treating us so badly and she changed her tone completely l... read more
