Had my boiler serviced, only to discover a couple of weeks after that it had been leaking, a very slow drip onto the table under the boiler. When I rang to TRY and explain this, I was spoken to by a woman called Alison, in what I can only describe as the worst customer service I have ever received. I was making the call from work and put her on speaker for my colleagues to hear how rude she was being. Just had a new boiler and radiators fitted by CV Lane. Excellent job, organised, efficient and friendly. Left clean and tidy, taking time to make sure everything was running perfectly. A good decent family business, will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommended.
We've been using CV Lane for years now and they are always polite, professional and friendly. They put you at ease and never leave a mess. We've had radiators, boilers installed and yearly maintenance and the team I cannot rate highly enough year after year. Recommend highly.
