I had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. While my car was eventually fixed, the entire process was beyond frustrating. Their customer service is awful and they are not good honest people. I caught them in multiple lies throughout the process. At first, the owner Corey Vaughn was very friendly. CV is an artist in auto metal and paint. He loves what he does. Especially antique and custom paint work. Fair prices. Have taken 5 vehicles to him over the years.
We were recommended by a friend to have body work done to our damaged vehicle, and were told the owner's name was "Corey". My husband brought our vehicle to his shop a few days prior but apparently it wasn't Corey who talked to him there, but someone else who didn't give Corey all the details he needed. Corey calls my husband later to explain this and asks that we bring the vehicle back out to his shop so he can give a better estimate.
