My previous review was deleted, not sure why. My mother in law came here and left with damaged hair and breakage. She can’t even put it into a pony tail no more. She has always had hair down to her shoulders so it’s NO way it’s her fault or anything she did which you all will try to say after reading the other reviews from other customers. Y’all got the heat too high or something on the straightener or blow dryer. I was serviced 4 months ago with shoulder length hair, now can't use a rubber band. Get pi55ed everytime I think about it. Please beware!

Hair only lasted one day and I paid $65 because I was told basically my hair is nappy but I’m natural. I am so disappointed because it’s thanksgiving and my hair looks a mess.
