I'm very sorry to leave a negative review. I know small businesses rely on these but I want to just give a warning. The quality of the service was very pool. One of our rugs is ruined and none looked any cleaner. They upsold us on an incredibly expensive solution which didn't even work. I called to talk about the rug that is ruined and the cost being 6x the estimate and the only thing they woudl offer is having the tech come out again which is the last thing I want. Fantastic customer service and spotless carpet cleaning! Our tan microfiber couch was covered in stains and dirt, but now it looks just like new. Brian was very helpful and explained the whole cleaning process step by step. You can really tell he cares about doing a great job. I will definitely recommend this carpet cleaning service to my friends and family, and will call them again for any future carpet or furniture cleaning needs. Money well spent!
We absolutely love Melvin! He has been helping with carpet cleaning and maintenance in our furniture shop in Quincy for many years, even before starting his own carpet cleaning business. They arrived right on time and were friendly, polite, and very understanding. My daughter, who has Autism, had some accidents on the carpet and there were also blue tie-dye ink stains that I thought would never come out. This is hands down the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used in all my years of needing carpets cleaned. I woke up one morning to find a big mess in almost every room from my sick dog, who had an accident during the night.
