we have used c.v. carpet service for years. unlike some of the big companies, they always do an amazing job for the price they first tell you. brian from their team came out to clean our carpets in quincy and did extra work in a small closet area at no extra charge, since they were already taking care of the rest of the carpets. way better than trying to clean the carpets myself and definitely better than the other big name places!
We have been using this family-owned carpet cleaning company for a while now, and the service has always been top-notch. We really like supporting local businesses, and the transition between owners was smooth without any problems at all. melvin came to clean my carpet and did an amazing job. he was really friendly and explained clearly what to expect with stain removal and how clean the carpets would get. the carpet looks fantastic now—very clean and fresh. this company really stands out because melvin and brian work hard to make sure the customer experience and their carpet cleaning services are better than most places. i had a great experience and will definitely use them again for any carpet or upholstery cleaning in the future.
After all the rain lately, plus three dogs and two kids, I didn’t think my carpets could ever look clean again. A neighbor recommended C.V. Carpet Service, so I gave them a call and spoke with Brian.
