The CV BBQ team catered our wedding. Braving unexpected desert rain and mud. They brought the entire group of 160+ delicious food that everyone was raving about and coming back for more. They went above and beyond and pivoted to ensure our day was fantastic. A++ food, A++ service, A++ people

Went to CV BBQ for the first time yesterday. Wow!! This was after four MRI's and I was starving. All the workers were so nice and the food was off the chart. Homemade Sides: Deviled egg potato salad, slaw, BBQ beans. They even gave us a sample of their tri tip Chile. We'll be back next weekend.
It was all OK... The tri trip and pulled pork was pretty moist. Portions were good and the value of my meal excellent. The Mac & Cheese didn't dry out and the corn (IMHO) was very very good...couldn't eat the bread which seemed like a basic, grilled hot dog bun. The worse part are the water cups, so tiny... I had to make 4 trips to the cooler to refill. Hated that part.
