It was lunchtime and we were on the 10E with miles of desert ahead of us. CV BBQ was a delicious oasis for melt-in-your-mouth tri tip sandwiches on perfectly toasted buns. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the dining area and bathrooms were clean. If you’re looking for something other than Mexican food, make sure you find this hidden gem!
Really enjoyed the BBQ! The tri-tip was the standout and easily the best meat we ordered. The mac and cheese was nice, and the beans were so good. The chicken wings, however, weren’t worth the money. We ordered takeaway, and the server was friendly and welcoming. Overall, good BBQ with some great sides. Would recommend, especially for the tri-tip and beans!
