I was on vacation in Crosby with my family and came down with a fairly severe bug/illness. Thankfully this location was open on a Saturday and able to get me an appointment ASAP. Everyone from the registrar to the NP was absolutely wonderful. Even with lab being out at their specific site, they made sure my tests got to the hospital to be processed before the in town pharmacy closed. We were visiting from out of town and received a $1,700 bill for my daughter to see a PA for 10 minutes for a diaper rash. Yes, you read that right… $1,700. The exact same visit at our regular doctor’s office was $234. I honestly thought there had to be some mistake, but after multiple conversations with their billing department, I was told this was correct. Absolutely outrageous and feels like it should be illegal. Be very cautious before visiting this clinic.
I am in a lot of pain. I tried to get an urgent care appointment for today but they said they’re fully booked and wouldn’t take me. I explained my pain on the phone. What kind of clinic is this?
The providers and nursing and lab staff and registration staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure my children's health care needs are met. They make us all feel comfortable and like family at every visit. 10/10
Great experience! Like the fact if I can’t get in with my provider I can get in at super one! Everyone is so nice and kind over there on top of it!
