I have never ever ever feel more welcome and treated with love respect important this nurses here go above and beyond I was treated like family not only me my wife too she was with me for a couple days here I was blessed with the pleasure of meeting this staff of female nurses here God bless everyone here and hope you guys never change wish you the best i don’t know how to repay you guys for everything you have done for me and my family. Be careful and cross check all your bills. They are scamming insurance companies pretty bad from my experience. My 3 minute appointments were billed as 45 minute extended appointments. At this place money comes first, then patients. The surgeon never reviewed old records prior to surgery so he made his incision right on top a known hernia, which now is causing issue. They also removed a tumor during surgery and never biopsied it. Saving a few hours drive to the cities was not worth it.
I delivered two of my kiddos here. After moving away and trying out a new hospital (that is absolutely awful), I realized I never left a review for my experience with CRMC. This hospital is the most professional and caring place to deliver at. I really appreciated the care and support I received here and would recommend it to anyone.
I have had care at CRMC for five years, since moving to Brainerd from have seen providers in quite a number of specialties and had many appointments and visits. I have never experienced better care or felt as cared about by every person I have encountered, if it is givers or support staff.
