You get a message that they are closed when you call during business hours. No way to get through. What a joke to not even be able to call them. All ways I tried you get a message to call back during business hours. It's 9 am on a Wednesday ok what the heck is it talking about. Before you at least could wait a long ridiculous amount of time kn hold now you can't get through.

I was AWARDED a housing choice voucher in 2023. They never sent me the paperwork I needed to complete. It took me a YEAR to get in contact with someone after countless emails, and phone calls. I’ve had caseworkers, case managers and other people reach out on my behalf and still no real answer or update other than “you’ll get it next lottery”

To Whom It May Concern: I called for Emergency Plumbing issue on 9/1 (1:30 p.m.) Kitchen sink was backing up in bathroom sink. Every time I washed dishes the water would backup in bathroom sink. No one returned the call. I received a call at 11:22 a.m. on 9/2, the next day! How is this considered Emergency Maintainence when the issue was not addressed on 9/1? I understand it was the Holiday but a Courtesy Call should have been made even if you are not sending help. There is no Emergency Service! Please STOP calling it that! ... read more
