I was on waiting lists with this housing authority and my experience was very unfavorable. They have, since being on the wait list, demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge and professionalism. They sent appointment letters well after the appointment dates and times, they send document requests well after the deadline to receive them back, they don't answer phone calls or return calls, they send document requests to old addresses (that I haven't lived at for 7 months) even after I've repeatedly updated my address with their... read more
I took someone to reapply and everyone that I came into contact with was awesome. Customer Service was A1. Starting with security going in, he was very polite and professional. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and was courtesy and helpful. The ladies inside helping with people reapply are the best. They were so helpful and treated you with respect. I appreciate you all. Cudos
