I have to say this is the best government office i have ever dealt with. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I didn't really know how to handle my situation, they could not have been more helpful. Robin Townsend and Tonya Dixon went out of there way to help. I can not thank them enough. I also had a lady in training sorry I can't remember her name or the lady in all pink but they were great! I give them 5 stars.. Thank you all very much!!!
Horrible customer service by phone
Nice clean facility, friendly security guards ,and friendly workers with fast prompt service. Their just no parking for real downtown
RUDE, UNKIND, & SNIPPY. I'm happy to see so many positive reviews, but my experiences with this office are not positive. Initially, I was redirected to the supervisor to answer some seemingly tough questions about transferring a deed. After a week of calling the supervisor (Angela) and leaving three voice mails, I never got a hold of her.
