My brother & I went to CutZ yesterday first time customers on Monday to get haircuts first your business card advertise’s that you open at 9:00 you didn’t open until 10:00 am & the lady cutting hair said you don’t open until 10:00 am also The lady working wasn’t very friendly she didn’t even acknowledge us we were at the check in desk also she was the only one working there we asked if we could get appointments she said no by appointments only when your card advertises that you take walk ins we didn’t mind waiting & she only... read more

I went there at 4:30. Closed, No one was answering the door, locked, lights out. Online, they say that they are open until 7. Nothing.

I'm sorry Rosemary was not there today to cut my hair. She has always done a good job cutting my hair and very careful not to "overdo" it. She has a good, client friendly, approach. Truth be told, every time I booked an appt it was only her there. I never even thought anyone else worked there, (except for the receptionist?) as I have never observed this salon to be busy.
