This review is about customer service tone and attitude. I didn’t get a cut. Scroll to see why. I just moved to this block and was hoping to support local. You can’t ask questions. You can’t be particular about what you want. Great work, but he is just like every other barber. You are ignored and dismissed when you are deemed too much for him to handle. Your money means nothing when he’s in his mood.

I recently moved to Harlem and was worried about finding a new barber, but all my fears have been put to rest. Moe gave me a great trim, was very attentive, and clearly cares about the quality of his work. Thanks Moe, I look forward to my next cut!
