I've been to this barber shop several times and I've received excellent haircuts but today was the icing on the cake. There are two barbers at this barber shop that I normally see Ronnie who is excellent and Song who is excellent... But, what I experienced today as a regular long time customer from the Song was unacceptable and unprofessional. So basically I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 p.m. then when I arrived to the barbershop she acts like she doesn't remember even though she confirmed it twice through text... Sh... read more
