The salon is very clean! Great environment
Visit on June 13: female staff member was rude and impatient. My 3-year-old son was nervous and scared, and the interaction lacked understanding. Hope management addresses this to improve family experiences.
No lo recomendaría al ser un lugar para Niños deberían de ser más amables las personas que atienden. Mi experiencia fue desagradable era el primer corte de mi bebé y la chica fue grosera, ni siquiera le quiso quitar el cabello que había quedado en su cara y su ropa, Elegí este lugar porque es para niños pensando que tendrían paciencia y ser más amables con ellos.
We left crying today. We had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. She gave my son a “comb over” style bang, but on long hair. Let me explain, I told her we just wanted to take a little off the bang and to “give him a swoop”. A swoopy bang is commonly known as a 2009 Justin Bieber or Zack Efron style bang. This place use to be my to go place for my son's haircut Elizabeth was the best and now that she is gone its gone down hill. Do not come here worst place ever my son is autistic and they did not have the patients with what I asked for a specific hair cut .
