Horrible place to work. Safety protocols were almost nonexistent; as was management. HR was never helpful and the engineers all walk around with the owners fist up a certain crevice… stay away from working there or buying a Cutwater boat.
We did a great deal of research on boats in the process of purchasing anew boat! We owned a 43’ cruiser and a 24’ center console. We wanted to eliminate one insurance payment and the winter storage fees of our big cruiser. After a great deal of researching our options, we settled in on a Cutwater C42.
