This place was a train wreck from the start for us. 2nd level access shared by another. old wooden stairs. old nasty carpeting. giants cockroaches present. Shim sham electrical shortcuts. window ac units with box fans to try to keep it cool. Very weird set up on the Charlie's place. Felt like I was staying in my great grandparents house.
