TERRIBLE! 100% UNRELIABLE! In 2023, I found this company online & scheduled a cut w/ owner Harold, but he never showed up. In 2024, he texted me to see if I were interested in his services. I said yes, but expressed concern due to his previous no-show. He assured me that he'd be here & we made an appointment, but he was again a no-show AND - as happened, last year - he then stopped responding to texts & VoiceMails. I even had a friend leave a VoiceMail from her own number without mentioning my name & he never called her back... read more
