The service was fair but the customer service was horrible. They promised a great service at a very reasonable price then never delivered. The service plan I signed up for was supposed to include fertilizing shrubs, controlling weeds in the mulch beds, clearing limbs and other debris, weed control in the lawn, irrigation start-up and monitoring in addition to cutting, trimming and blowing the lawn.
