I made a appointment online and I showed up 10 minutes early. Although all the girls were busy they made sure that they were ready for me! Great service! I have been going there for quite a while now. Every time I am there the hair stylists are happy and enjoy their jobs along with making you feel part of them with conversations with you. Keep up the good work and hospitality!! It goes a long way!!

Great vibes, amazing talent and they do let you use the restroom by the way. Wait time has improved due to some changes on scheduling and how appts vs walk ins are done.

They will not allow paying customers to use the restroom. I had to wait 45 min for my young sons haircut one busy afternoon and was told we had to walk down to Subway to use the bathroom. Customers are not allowed to use theirs. As if Subway wants non customers using their bathroom. I was offended - never been to a hair salon that did not allow customers to use the bathroom! The haircuts have been fine and the facility was nice, but this was so off putting I don’t plan to go back.
