Showed up exactly on schedule. Did everything I had asked them to do, including giving me some assistance with a not-really-their-usual-line-of-work task that I believed needed to be done at the same time as the old tree was taken down. They also spent a little extra time and did some yard cleanup for me even though my contract specified that I would clean up the yard after their departure.

This was an overall great experience. The gentleman who gave us some advice and an estimate was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was done in as expedient a fashion as possible given the season. Our willow needed some TLC and radical trimming! The tree is now starting to bud and we hope to see it flourish once again! We would highly recommend Cutting Edge and will continue to use them should the need arise.

Working with Cutting Edge was a very good experience. The arborist took the time to understand the project, scope it out, and make recommendations. The quoting and contract online system is great. The scheduler keeps you informed on date and time updates (though there were quite a few modifications, probably to make efficient use of the crew's time) The crew was very friendly and skilled and clean up was done well! We will use Cutting Edge again.
