NO TRESPASSING & NO SOLICITING MEANS WHAT IT SAYS, I called and the person who answered the phones was rude, extremely disrespectful, did not listen to anything I had to say and to top it off hung up on me. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, THERE ARE WAY TO MANY MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES TO CHOOSE FROM. if you can't handle 1 simple complaint maybe your in the wrong business!!!
Don't use this company!!!!! Beware of this company!!!!!!!!! We had them come over to cut down and trim several palms in our yard. I have to say, the crew did a great job. The problem we are still having is to get a hold of ANYONE from this company to reimburse us $300 which they owe us!!!!!!! I have called them numerous times, sent two certified letters to their offices locations, texted the sales rep...... nothing!!!! It's like they disappeared from the face of the earth. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give them negative stars if that was possible. I have a stump they didn't grind and a tree they didn't trim. After 10 weeks of trying to get in touch with them and numerous missed appointments where I left work early to accommodate their schedule I still have a stump and unfinished tree trimming. That completely ignores the damage to my sidewalks and yard, which at this point I'm not even worrying about. Terrible Terrible Terrible. DO NOT USE!
