Great customer service, friendly , professional and kind. Steve is a great human. I did not feel like I was dealing with a sales person. Steve and his team have been great. When you are making an investment in this type of machinery it's not just about the initial purchase but the follow through over the years and Cutting Edge Systems has been there when we need them most. I've had en Epilog Machine since about the Start of June 23. The machine has been replaced once and has broken down a total of five times with the exact same issue every time. They were good with helping initially but now (even under warranty) I am being told to repair the machine myself or pay approximately $1200 out of pocket to have them repair it. Steve is the best! Customer service like it used to be...thoughtful,ethical, knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend cutting edge for the best in laser engraving products and the best service around.
Talks a good game but in the end can’t be trusted. If there is an issue with your machine, you will be ignored.
Machine was down more than it worked, no good.
