I ordered a sail switch for my furnance, which I only had the item number for at the time. The lady cross referenced the item number to the model number which was correct. When the switch came in, I told them I didn't think it looked right, and that I would let them know if it was indeed wrong. I was aware of the no return on electrical parts, but I am not at fault for them ordering, or me getting the WRONG SWITCH.
