I took my RV to get something fixed in the shop, but I was told one of the parts in the RV was broken. I was wandering how he knew that it was breaking down? And why he even took time to open that part, when all I needed to get fixed was beyond that area of my RV. I brought it there in good condition and that part was not broken. I picked it up and someone tampered that part. Then I was told that part needed to be fixed when it was in a good condition before I brought it there. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! They managed to pull off what I thought was impossible. Fred is not only highly skilled but also clearly loves what he does—it’s a pleasure to watch a true professional at work. Stephanie in the office was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The team got our RV repaired and ready exactly when they promised, and everything went smoothly. Stephanie from the office knows her stuff, she was so nice and efficient, settled everything with our insurance, and even our insurance agent mentioned what a delight it was to talk to her.
