My experience with Cutting Edge RV has been awesome and easy going. They are very knowledgeable regarding RVs and don’t upsell you on things, which is honestly a breath of fresh air. They perform a very thorough inspection, and will go through their findings with you, and wait to hear what you would like done, instead of automatically telling you everything needs to be done. I took my RV to get something fixed in the shop, but I was told one of the parts in the RV was broken. I was wandering how he knew that it was breaking down? And why he even took time to open that part, when all I needed to get fixed was beyond that area of my RV. I brought it there in good condition and that part was not broken. I picked it up and someone tampered that part. Then I was told that part needed to be fixed when it was in a good condition before I brought it there. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! They managed to pull off what I thought was impossible. Fred is not only highly skilled but also clearly loves what he does—it’s a pleasure to watch a true professional at work. Stephanie in the office was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The team got our RV repaired and ready exactly when they promised, and everything went smoothly. I can’t thank them enough for getting us back on the road so quickly!
Go here! This place made the impossible! Such a great experience from start to finish. Fred is a professional and so passionate about his work, it's a delight. Stephanie from the office knows her stuff, she was so nice and efficient, settled everything with our insurance, and even our insurance agent mentioned what a delight it was to talk to her.
