I’ve never had an issue with this place. Customer service is great.
We took our lawnmower here for service (we couldn't get it to start after 1 year of sitting). Thought it was going to cost quite a bit. I was quite surprised when I picked up the mower. Price was nowhere close to what I expected for a tune up and carb cleaning. Highly recommend.
Save yourself the trouble. Their customer service is severely lacking. I ordered a belt. Last minute, last customer of the day, must have grabbed the wrong one. I try to exchange, met with hostility and kicked out of the store. New year, 6 months later, try to exchange again... Same rude individual. Sam. Stay away from them.

Our lawnmower needed general maintenance. A great turnaround time from drop off to pick up was 3 days. Used the lawnmower for the first time today since then, and it's back to running like a brand new mower. Thanks Cutting Edge!
