The receptionist called this morning to cancel my child’s speech therapy session because the therapist was out. I asked to reschedule, and they offered OT tomorrow at 12 PM. Then at 12:11 PM today, they called asking if I was coming to the appointment and still charged me a $100 no-show fee. What a scam. This place seems obsessed with fees: 1.
