They charge what they feel like when they feel like it. They want a no show/cancellation so they can charge you double the amount they charge insurance. They are very unprofessional! My daughters speech has not even gotten better in the last two years there.

My daughter has been going here for PT for over 6 months for her ankle. We’re so impressed with the services provided by Ashley in Allen. My daughter looks forward to every session, and she always has a wonderful time while conditioning, strengthening and exercising her ankle. Ashley challenged my daughter and made the experience a wonderful one. The staff is always friendly. You can make changes or cancel an appointment via a text or phone call. I highly recommend Cutting Edge for any sports injury rehab. Thank you!
Cutting Edge is our only experience with therapy. however, I have 2 kids that have done Occupational and Speech therapy in Allen. The cutting edge staff is outstanding and consistently thoughtful, open to ideas, communicative, flexible and most of all - truly patient and kind with the kids. We feel like family there.
Cutting Edge is just above and beyond any other therapy place we have been to. They literally think of everything not only your child will need, but also as a parent in the waiting room. My child can be a challenging case at times and the therapists are constantly adjusting her treatment and working together as a team to approach things where she can make the most progress. We are very grateful for their dedication to help children like ours!
Applied for position there and even though not needed yet I WAS ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED WITH THE CENTER AND THE SERVICES AND THE STAFF. WOW GUYS!!!!! Looking forward to maybe coming on staff one day. Even if I did just Saturdays for you guys. Sending multiple kids yalls way.
I love this place. they are very accommodating to him and ver patient.
I highly recommend the amazing staff here. They always made us feel like family. We were sad to leave when we had to move!
