The team is good at design and build. But: we had a project completed in Dec 2023 - there was a ladder that arrived late due to some issues. I have been calling, messaging, leaving vms - no reply or acknowledgement. I don’t leave bad reviews but this time I am done. If there is ever a response or a callback or if the project gets completed- I will leave an updated review
Nick and his team, including Miguel, are very talented woodworkers who were extremely pleasant to work with. We had a very specific project and design plan in mind for our living room ceiling beams, fireplace mantel, and custom built-in doors and drawers for our bedroom closet (not pictured here).
