Scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Brian in late June 2018. He never showed, cancelled, or contacted me to reschedule. I texted him and left multiple voicemail messages for him over the course of a couple weeks. He didn't even have the courtesy to call me back if he had changed his mind, even after I requested a call back when I left the messages. What terrible business practices.
