Absolutely rude! Would not recommend.
I do not rate them high at all. I will also be contacting BBB because it should not matter where I live or does it give them right to judge. I had an outdoor mat right in front of my door for a couple months. Never hurt before til a couple of weeks ago. They ran over the mat with one of their mowers and shredded it all over my yard and left it. I picked it up and called them took til this week to get an answer.
