After a rough start with communication and scheduling, Robbie from Cutting Edge reached out to make things right. He offered to reduce the rate and came out to complete the work. The job itself was solid—he did a standard cut and edge along with removing a large amount of yard waste I had piled up. While the initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate that he followed through and got the job done well in the end.
Gone through hoops trying to find a company/person to do an overhaul of our yard. Spoke with someone on the phone who assured me they would be in the area the next day to do a quote for the yard. Never got a call back, a text, nothing! This is the 5th company who states they're going to stop by or send photos for a quote and never got back to me. Do better!
