This vendor was very inflexible and uncooperative. I am not sure if he was confused or doesn t know what he is doing but, I have had ice sculptors done before by another agency and never had this much of an issue. He was hesitant to offer suggestions which I would think as the professional ice carver with all the experience he could say I can t do this but I can do that and so on.
