I’m leaving this review because I’m genuinely really hurt and disappointed by how this was handled. I booked Brittany back in March for my October wedding. From the beginning, we had detailed conversations and she agreed to do a trial appointment and come to my home the morning of my wedding. I planned my entire hair schedule around those arrangements and trusted that everything was set. Then completely out of nowhere, she randomly texted me and canceled.
