Been going there for many years. John has NEVER been anything but polite and he is a fun person. Both John and Roe are very polite. They are fantastic stylists. I have tried several less expensive places, but always go back. It is true, you get what you pay for. Excellent salon, excellent service!!! Highly recommend.
While making an appointment over the phone with the owner John, I tried explaining what I wanted done to my hair (had some really bad experiences) and he kept cutting me off (RUDE), rushed me off the phone (NASTY) and hung up on me (HUH?...). Unfortunately I had to call back to cancel because my son didn't want to get dressed (he's autistic).
