A neighbor recommended this salon to me after I had a horrible experience at a different salon. Folks are friendly, and my stylist, Teresa, gives me excellent haircuts and color. I would recommend them to anyone :)
Professional is not a word to discribe this salon. First off they moved locations and didn't call all their clientel to let them know. Secondly, my mother went in there for a haircut and shampoo and left with a color stain on her shirt. The stylist/owners response was to spray hairspray on it and when that didn't work DUH!! She accused my mom of getting something on it at home. She did nothing more to resolve this issue, no offer to dryclean or replace it.
