My glass sliding door had an unfortunate run in with a weed eater and a pebble and one of the two panes was completely smashed. I contacted a few places that seemed pretty unwilling to even give me a quote. Other places stated they could be out in several days to take a look. Bill was recommended by a neighbor and was at my house taking measurements 20 minutes after I contacted him! He gave me a quote and ordered the new glass that day! His pricing was more than fair.
