Great gym. Knowledgeable instructor. Each class pushes me and I leave feeling ready to take on the day!
Love this gym!!! It’s all hands on classes with instructors who are passionate and very knowledgeable!! Classes are an hour long and you’re not wasting your time! You will be sweating!! :)
