Very innovative training combination of pilates and weight and strength training 💪🏻
Vanessa's class was amazing! The strength training section started with a warm up before diving right in, a nice rotation already set up for us that gave a real burn, and we walked away sweaty and feeling amazing. The music was spot on and the pace kept everything flowing perfectly. Then came reformer Pilates, and honestly I hadn't been on a reformer in over a decade, but Vanessa took such great care of me and made sure I felt confident the whole time. We had a Pinot and Pilates girls night here and it was a wonderful experience! Vanessa and Alyssa planned a wonderful night with a dance-inspired warm up, Pilates, and weight training followed by wine and charcuterie! There were 9 of us and we couldn’t have had a better time! Can’t wait to come back for more classes and to try the recovery room!
I have taken several classes at CEC. The environment is amazing. It feels like a community when you enter. The instructors are amazing and know how to challenge you and get the most out of you. I am committed to their classes to attain my optimal level of health!
Wonderful gym. I’ve built strength and made friends while doing it. It’s different every workout so you never get bored and works every muscle. I highly recommend. Come join us!
