This company is a joke ! Stay away … They hire people and don’t pay them
Terrible company to deal with. They don't know what they're doing and are competely clueless as to how basic flooring works. Worst company, worst experience, miss managed from the leadership down.
Very poor communication and project management. I reached out to them to arrange access to my home for Cutting Edge to install transition pieces. The average response time was over a week even after several follow up emails. When people were on site, they complained a lot about people not giving them access, and debated openly about how many hours they feel they should charge for the day, even if it was more than they actually spent working.
