The reply from the contractor is NOT true. They were informed of the concrete issue on the porch. The sealer lifted from the concrete and they refused to even come and look at it. There are several spots with exposed concrete. ** a retired professional engineer and these failed actions by the contractor and the BBB is appalling. This is just another example of the fraud and mistreatment of a senior citizen.
