I usually don’t post about bad experiences but this was by far the worst I’ve ever had. I’m a pretty understanding person but the treatment and excuses I got were ridiculous. I went in to go BLONDE. I asked however she could do it, to do it. I knew going in, it wouldn’t be the perfect blonde because I was red before hand. I was told and agreed to a balayage. It took a while but I have finally found a place that I will continue going back too! Rae did a fabulous job on my hair and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Rae was super nice!! I felt very welcome, and having privacy while getting my hair done was wonderful. Thanks again for the great job and working me in!
