We used Cutting Edge Catering for our wedding and had the best experience with them! We also did a tasting with them beforehand. The food was top quality and the presentation was immaculate. My husband and I were blown away by everything, and the staff there is so wonderful and accommodating for allergies/preferences. We were able to customize the menu to our liking, and I quite literally had the best caesar salad of my life with them. 10/10
We used Cutting Edge for our wedding last month and they were amazing to work with! Our guests cannot stop raving about the food! Many have said it was the best food they've had at a wedding! My personal favorite dishes were the poke bowl appetizer and the short rib entree. Many of our guests have dietary restrictions, and Cutting Edge handled the dietary restrictions with no problem. I always think it’s a little suspicious when one business has a 100% five star rating, But in the case of Cutting Edge caterers, I am the first to admit they actually deserve a higher than five star rating! Hands down the BEST CHEF and catering business in Maui! Our February 2024 wedding on the Sunset Lawn at Hotel Wailea was a dream come true. My husband and I are big foodies and we wanted to feed our guests a menu that truly represents who we are and what we love.
